Refund Policy

To request a return due to order issues, you must make your request at the time when the order is at your doorstep for delivery.

Let us know at the same time if your order—

  • Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
  • Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to see funds in tour bank account or credit card account, depending on your bank.

After certify and sign that order received as per placed and in good condition company will not accept any return. There will be particular time slot for delivery that is confirmed by customer at the time of placing the order and in case the customer is not available at the time of delivery. Delivery partner can handover the order to someone else by taking confirmation as signature (if the mode of payment is online.) In case the customer is not available at given time slot for accepting the order and the mode of payment is COD then customer can go for next slot but there will be charges that may vary or can place the order outside the house as per customer confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation charges are 50(currency depends on country)

*Cancellation can be made only within 10 minutes after placing order.

*Cancellation can be made only twice, third time the customer will be black list from Grocery Bucket.
